    Presented by a team of experts with a combined experience of of over 100 years.
    The State of California Workers Compensation laws have zero tolerance.
    You can be prosecuted for not carrying worker's compensatioon insurance for your employees, which is punishable by jail.
    At this valuable workshop, you will learn:
    • The difference between an employee vs. an independent contractor.
    • What is required to post at your workplace.
    • Information given to employees at the time of hire or when they report an injury.
    • how to reduce work injuries and minmize your losses
    • Worker's compensatiion from it's evolutionto claims resoolution.
    • The meaning of "No Fault" system and "Exclusive Remedy"
    The workshop will be presented in an innovative and interactive way.

    Chamber membership is effective when payment is received and active for 12 months from this time. Employees/associates that are affiliated with the listed business are recognized as members and may participate in all activities and benefits (Free events are limited to Chamber’s discretion). Annual investment in the RCCSGV may be tax deductible as an ordinary and necessary business expense.  Investments made to the Chamber are not a charitable tax deduction for federal income tax purposes. No refunds on membership.
